Positive: A fabulous property in a great location, really convenient to explore The Wirral, Chester, North Wales and Liverpool. The property was spotlessly clean, cosy and really well equipped. Communication with the owner was also excellent.

Positive: Host could not have made us feel more welcome. The weather was exceptionally bad during our stay, they were in regular touch to see if we needed help and even offered to help us through flood water should we have needed it in their 4x4. Genuinely couldn’t have asked for more from a host, there were plenty of nice little touches in the property on arrival, too.

Negative: There was nothing that we didn’t like about the place, and will be looking to book again when we are in town. The pub nearby is lovely, but could do with being open a bit more!

Positive: The house is perfectly located for us to visit family and friends in the area, and we can bring our dog. The garden is fully enclosed and there are great beaches in easy reach. The house itself is always spotless and well-equipped. Marie and Simon are always willing to go the extra mile - dropped in firewood when we ran low. Beds are amazingly comfortable and the location is quiet and dark so you have a great night's sleep.

Positive: The property was perfect for our family. We attended a wedding 5 mins away which was perfect. The welcome pack was really appreciated and a nice touch. We lit the fire in the lounge which was lovely. Overall a lovely house in a beautiful setting.

Directions were clear and the treats on arrival were just so thoughtful. The property was spacious with comfortable beds and a cosy living room. Kitchen had everything you needed for a break away. We had a very relaxing stay.
