Positive: Ideal location for dog walking and visiting family. Cottage was immaculate. Kitchen had every item we could possibly need. Lovely welcoming tea, coffee, milk, wine!

Negative: The bathroom was tiny, but we were aware of that when we booked the cottage, so cannot complain.

Positive: Very comfy and a well cared for property.

Negative: I liked everything but l suggest one thing to be added. If a child stair gate was added it would give peace of mind to parents as the stairs are very steep.

Summary: Very happy with our stay and a special place to visit. Calm and tranquil with many close options to visit.

Positive: The little terraced cottage was delightfully and tastefully decorated throughout, scrupulously clean and it was ideal for visiting around the Wirral. Handy for the Wirral Way and Parkgate ‘front’. Bed was comfy and kitchen had all you’d need.

Negative: This didn’t affect us at all, but a point worth mentioning for other guests. It’s tiny size means that if you’re of large proportions, let’s say, the bathroom, shower and stairs would be as challenge as they’re all on the narrow side, and the stairs are quite steep. For us it added to the character of the place!

Summary: Delightful, small, but perfectly formed and in as great location.
