Positive: I like the location, great for walking around, easy to reach almost everything in Kuching! Good restaurant, nice variety of food, clean and comfy rooms, good internet

Negative: One small thing for me was the wait for checking in. I know I showed at a busy time, it was 5 minutes before official check-in time, but then was made to wait 1 and a half hours to get a room. That made the experience I had (which was overall great) a bit bitter

Positive: The hotel staff are excellent. I liaised with Mike and Ryan during my stay, they are both great and the front desk team never failed greeting me every time I walked around the lobby. The hotel is centrally located which makes city walk and sightseeing such a breeze.

Negative: the use of the water tap head in the toilet (perhaps on the wrong side) is very difficult for us as users
