Positive: Character and charm. Lovely pool. Staff were excellent.

Negative: Noise - the family rooms that sleep four back onto a noisy road and some bars. Music plays loudly till around midnight. Motor bikes etc wake you pretty early as well. Other rooms in the hotel are fine - think it’s just the ones that sleep more than two people.

Negative: Quite a distance to walk to our rooms from the hotel lobby.

Positive: Strategically located just steps away from Kuching Waterfront and major tourist attractions

Negative: Not Baby-Friendly — Wouldn’t Recommend No breakfast buffet, no fridge in the room, and the lack of soundproofing made it extremely noisy throughout the stay. Definitely not suitable for babies or light sleepers. Please reconsider if you’re planning a family trip.

Positive: Fantastic location close to the centre of town and the water front. The lovely pool in the garden was excellent. The property has lots of character which made up for the basic rooms.

Positive: Beautiful place to stay, very well located and clean, and with a nice pool for after walking under the Malaysian sun. Only thing is, there is no cleaning service in the room, but they do change the towels if needed, and leave water bottles and toilet paper in the room daily.

Negative: No cleaning service. No mini fridge in the room which is sometimes a good thing to have.

Summary: Beautiful place to stay, very well located and clean, would repeat without doubt.
