Summary: This is the cutest inn we've ever visited! I must commend the owner for being very informative, and all the necessities are readily available. This place truly feels like a beautiful home. It was a bit uncomfortable at first due to the self-check-in process, and we had some trouble locating the heater. However, overall, it was a perfect stay!

Summary: Felt like home with nice chairs on front porch, and coffee , water, fridge accessible. Although there were other guests, we felt like we were the only ones there (quiet). Also, just a beautiful property and walkable to Portsmouth for the Halloween parade. Loved our stay!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, tidy and quiet. Bathroom fan was quite noisy when used. Wasn't expecting a room at the top floor but not a problem. Did not see the staff (hence the average rating) but all amenities were available. May be back at a future date and try a different room.

Summary: We love this inn. It is perfectly situated minutes away from all the great restaurants in Kittery and a short walk from downtown Portsmouth. We have stayed here twice and each time our room has been lovely; cozy, clean and full of charm. The lobby area is always stocked with snacks, coffee/tea and juices. It is a very special place and we will definitely return. The perfect spot for a relaxing mini vacation on the seacoast.
