Positive: The breakfast was delicious, the staff working that area was excellent

Negative: The only negative was the entranceway to the parking lot was poorly lit. It appears there may have been some construction going on in the outlets next door, not sure. But one you drive by it once you won’t miss it again!

Positive: Breakfast offerings were varied and plentiful. Area kept clean and stocked. Staff was friendly and eager to please. No issues with water temperature or pressure in the shower.

Negative: Though the sign said every other day, our room was never serviced. We had to ask for clean towels and trash bags. The fan in the bathroom was very inadequate.

Summary: A little pricey but would stay here again.

Positive: The location of the hotel is excellent. It's right on Rt. 1 near a lot of restaurants and shops. Also, very close to I-95. The people at the front desk are welcoming and friendly. The hotel is clean and breakfast is good (usual Hampton Inn).

Negative: This is the second time staying here (two consecutive times during August 2024 and August 2025) and both stays we stayed for 4 nights each time and we never get our room serviced. We have to ask at the front desk for clean towels. We have to ask at the front desk for toilet paper and we have to ask to have the trash cans emptied. I know there's a little note on the bathroom mirror that indicates that you will get service every other day but that did not happen this past August 2025 nor did it happen in Aug 2024. The bed never gets made-up. Last year I complained and I was told they were short staffed and they were having a hard time hiring people. So I gave it another chance this year because I believed them and the location is so great but nothing has changed in regards to getting the room serviced. You won't see me next August. I will take my business elsewhere. People go on vacation to have service for a few days, not to go back to a unkept room.

Summary: Won't be back due to the lack of servicing the room on a daily basis.
