Positive: This was one of the most relaxing, beautiful locations. The Wagon is adorable, warm, comfortable and really well kitted out. The undercover cooking area is large and easy to cook in. Don't be frightened by the outside toilet, it's beautifully clean and well built, it's not an old style outhouse! The shower is the same, it's beautifully insulated and warm with good water pressure. We didn't try the wood burner oven but I wish we had! The weather was so warm we didn't need it at any point but a starter kit was supplied and it was ready to go had we needed it. You are near loads of things to do, 15 mins drive or so most of the time, near Sidmouth beach too. There's a Sainsbury's a couple of miles up the road for any essentials too. However, if your sat nav tries to take you down 'Ottery Lane' I would go down any other road on the planet before venturing down that pothole ridden overgrown tiny nightmare 🤣.

Negative: Literally only 1 tiny tiny thing we didn't like.... and it's barely a dislike.... the rug inside the Wagon is slippery. It slips and slides a lot so be mindful of your feet.

Positive: It’s fabulous! Beautifully built and designed and so comfortable. Everything you need for a comfortable cosy stay. It is in a great location, lovely views and at night a sea of stars and hooting owls. Lovely walks nearby and a short drive to the coast.
