Positive: Fantastic for dog walking. Beautiful view. Grateful for the coffee/tea/milk. Nice that in such a small house there is a dishwasher. Hairdryer was useful. Not far from Sidmouth which had some lovely restaurants

Negative: Shame the local pub is shut Sunday evening and Mondays so we didn't get to visit

Positive: Location was easy to find from the instructions, easy to access and perfect for our few days away. It is close to Simouth and a good location for visits to Seaton, Lyme Regis and Charmouth as well. The house had everything we needed and we made dinner without issue for two nights of our stay in the well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy and shower was good. The view from the balcony is stunning and the owners encouraged us to walk through their garden to access the bridge and river at the bottom. They also ensured there was milk and bread for us on arrival.

Negative: Nothing. All suited to what we needed

Positive: This was our second stay as a family. The holiday home is perfect for us. Convenient to so many places in an area of outstanding beauty. The house is super clean with everything you need for a short stay. Nice comfy beds, excellent bathroom and a good functional kitchen. The view is spectacular.
