Summary: The villa in whole was excellent, very comfortable with beautifully furnished rooms. The games room was also an added benefit which was also equipped to a high standard. The pool deck was exquisitely designed and was large private and spacious, possibly the best pool deck we have used. We did have an issue with the pool heat, which caused issues with the hot tub and never did get to proper levels of temperature. At best it was lukewarm. The owner and property manager were easy to communicate with and did make efforts to resolve, however, there appeared to be a fault with the pump, that could not be fixed. The property owner was very considerate and did refund us the pool heat payment and an additional fee, which was very kind. My only other issues with the villa, which were very minor, were that there was still rubbish in the kitchen bin when we arrived, that had been left by the cleaners and the games room had not been vacuumed as there was still a good amount of crisps and muck on the carpet. Saying that, a 5 minute vacuum by us sorted that out. My only other gripe, which to be fair was my fault, was that I felt the villa was just a bit too far away from the main attractions, (we did have tickets for Universal) which meant, long periods stuck in traffic. Other than that, wonderful villa, a pleasure to stay there and would highly recommend it. Colin (Scotland)

Summary: We have absolutely nothing bad to say about this property or the owner. Everything was clean, it was extremely well equipped from kitchen utensils to towels and the games room and pool were perfect!!! Thomas was always quick to respond leading up to our stay and during it and made us feel so welcome. The Christmas decorations were a lovely added touch and our 8 year old was thrilled. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out. Our party consisted of 2 children, 8 years and 16 months, my parents, my brother and sister-inlaw and my husband and I. We all had our own rooms and the adult couples had their own ensuites and king sized beds. We paid for pool heat and it was worth every penny!!! The home was close to Disney, approximatley 30 minutes away, close to shopping and other attractions. Grocery store, liquor store and gas station nearby. The little playground was a nice bonus and the clubhouse pool looked lovely however we didn't find the time to try it out. If anyone here has given a bad review the only possible reason for that was because they didn't take the time to reach out to Thomas while they were there. Unfortunate that they then took the time to write a bad review. If you choose to stay here you will NOT be disappointed! Thank you Thomas for your exceptional hosting and beautiful home. We would love to visit again if the stars ever align.

Summary: We rented this house for a week while on family vacation. We were shocked at how large it was when we finally got there ! All open areas , 5 bathrooms so our kids always had one to choose from (with little ones that was big, the pool was EXCELLENT. We bought floaties for the kids as some of the ones that were there had holes , but we were surprised they even had any ! The kitchen had every possible thing we could need. We all thought all beds and linen were very comfortable ! Plenty of towels included and washer/dryer worked great to clean them when we ran out. Over all we had a great trip and the house was exactly what we needed. We will definitely be back !

Summary: Truly enjoyed our stay. Owner responded to our needs almost immediately. Gated community peaceful and quiet just perfect after a busy day at the parks. Clean and fully supplied house. Pool was awsome too.

Summary: This property was amazing. Thomas was always responsive in a timely manner, the house had everything our family of ten could want. Pool was great. We did add on the heat and rented a propane BBQ. Beds were comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom. House was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.

Summary: This property was amazing. The house was clean and beautifully furnished. It had everything we could ask for. We were traveling with a Girl Scout troop and the teenage girls loved the pool and the game room. The hot tub and pool heating did not seem to work even though we paid extra for it but the girls didn't seem to mind. We would love to book this property for our trip next year but it is not available so we will look for a property in the same area.

Summary: We had a group of 9 including two children. We all enjoyed the property. Very clean and spacious and any questions were answered quickly. I strongly recommend to add the heated pool fee if going any time other than summer months. We went in December and were able to enjoy night swims due to this Big thanks to the host!
