Summary: Pros: House lay out is very good. Lots of room for all of us. Pool heat was excellent. Cons: Found a couple of roaches Washer is moldy Other: If you have several family members arriving at different times, their names must be at the front gate. They will not be let in if they are not. We were not made aware of this and my daughter waited outside in 40 degree weather at 2am until I could come get her at the gate.

Summary: Our stay in Watersong was absolutely perfect! We have nothing negative to say. The gated community was beautiful and quiet, the accommodations were everything we wanted and more, and the pool was gorgeous. Our hosts, Mike and Cher, were super easy to deal with, and quick to respond to emails. We are really glad we chose to stay here!!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The pool was awesome! If you plan on staying here you should know you will need to bring your own paper towels (even to start, there were none) trash bags and toilet paper. There is no grill outside so if you want to cool on a grill bring your own. If your coming in the summertime you can only drop the ac temperature to 70, this wasnt a problem for us but if you like it cold it could be an issue. The beds were super comfy and the sheets are amazing! The themed rooms are very cool!

Summary: We had lots of space, big socialising areas and a lovely size pool (we had some issues with keeping it bug free, but raised those with the home owner who was very communicative). The house was in a very quiet and safe feeling neighbourhood.

Summary: We had a rocky start as we could not enter the house for the first 2 hours we were there (the keypad was not working), and we had a difficult time reaching the owner and property manager. However, after getting inside, things got much better. The house was very clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, cups, cookware, etc; there were plenty of bathroom towels, washcloths and beach towels; and there was plenty of room for our family of 10. It was also great to have everything on one level. The owner and property manager were both great to work with. We would rent again if and when we're ever back in the Orlando area and would recommend this house to anyone.

Summary: We loved the decor, the themes, OMG the most comfortable beds/sheets and every appliance you would need. We did not get a chance to use the pool bc it was cold snd we were out all day. I hooe we are able to rent this home next year♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️. Thank you so much!!!
