Positive: Spacious and great neighborhood

Negative: When we arrived it wasn’t vacuumed properly , water bug or cockroach under the upstairs bedroom bed , ants in the corner of the home we by passed it because we was just happy to be there from the almost 10 hour drive , the pool was a great size , kids loved it , the game room was nice but the net on the basketball goal was taped up and coming down , I didn’t like how they left the old microwave boxed in the doorway when we opened the game room. I did need the pool cleaned but they sent someone Thursday to clean the pool we got there on Sunday evening, love how big the master bedroom was, my only issue was the sink faucet stopped working Tuesday night I messaged them Wednesday morning and they said someone would be out to fix the problem , the guy came and said he would be right back to get a new faucet well he never came back so we were using the downstairs bathroom to get water out of and we eventually got tired of doing that and started door dashing food which was very costly , I have been asking for compensation for this inconvenience and I just keep getting the run around since last week and that’s fine won’t stay here again . The porch didn’t have a working porch light and it’s a wasp nest above the door where we had to fight the wasp off , love that the neighborhood is gated and the security guards are so nice and cool . This could have been a great trip disregarding the setback .

Positive: The resort was gated and the security was amazing. The home had all the amenities that you could ever think of and it was super clean. Also, The home has cameras installed, which I loved.
