Carbondale is your year-round hub with great skiing, biking, fishing, and hiking right in your backyard. This loft is just a 15 min walk to the Carbondale core and has easy access to the rest of the valley, via the bike path or bus stop a stone's throw from the condo. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you may need to be comfortable during your stay.
Enjoy afternoon sunlight and amazing views of Mount Sopris as you relax in this cozy loft.
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo - with ample sunlight and cozy vibes.
This loft is on the second floor of the building. There is not an easily accessible elevator. You must be able to climb two flights of stairs to enter the loft. The loft is situated in a industrial part of Carbondale. There is commercial space below the loft.
The loft is west facing, it can get warm in the summer afternoon/evening sun. We have an evaporative cooler to keep the condo cool. This is not AC, it keeps the condo a comfortable temperature. If you are used to AC then this may not be the place for you in the summer months. Mountain air cools significantly once the sun goes down, opening the windows helps too! Keep this in mind if you are booking during the summer months.

Summary: The condo has a great layout and is very comfortable. Great views, great natural light. Very convenient to everything we wanted to explore - Red Hill, Biking trails, Basalt, town of Carbondale for great eating and walking. A lovely home base for an adventure in Carbondale area.

Summary: It was a very cute condo with plenty of beds. The layout worked for our family and they had everything you needed to cook in the condo. They even had coffee! The location was perfect for me to get to work that week and close enough to walk and explore the downtown Carbondale area.

Summary: This is our third year staying there. It is a lovely place to stay. It is clean,well equipped, Good location. The owner is very responsive to questions. Our one recommendation is that there be better lighting for reading in the living area.

Summary: We drove to Carbondale for a wedding for a long weekend and this was a great place for us to stay. It was helpful to have a car there to access nearby shops, restaurants, and trailheads easily. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was big, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The parking was free and the neighborhood was quiet. We would book again.

Summary: The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed (including a pretty extensive spice collection). It was just perfect for us while in town for the 5 Point Film Festival.

Summary: Great property in a great location! The apartment was perfect for 4 of us for a ski weekend! It’s all about the little things… comfy beds and pillows, extra shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Owners are super accommodating and very responsive. We didn’t know before coming but Carbondale also has an awesome food scene! Didn’t even need to trek to Aspen for good food since it’s right in the backyard (everywhere we went was within 6 minutes for food). Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

Summary: The condo was in fantastic shape, it was easy to control the temperature and it was very clean. We enjoyed having coffee in the mornings and being such a short drive to skiing and great food. We are happy to have found this location, and would stay there again. The hosts were very helpful in showing us the way to the place, it was very easy and intuitive!
