Summary: Had some issues getting extra creamer for my morning coffee in room. Communication challenges within staff. Compared to other hotels, surprisingly this one lacked some basic "can do" customer service which made the stay more challenging than ot should have been. Was happy to leave.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby area is very inviting. We booked a suite that featured a separate room with seating area and pullout couch. It was very convenient for family traveling with kids.
