Summary: This is a lovely property overlooking the Roaring Forks River. The layout was ideal for our group of two couples. Each floor had a bedroom and bathroom, with the main living area and kitchen upstairs. We enjoyed the views from the hot tub after a day of skiing!

Summary: Would absolutely stay here again. Home is thoughtfully designed with beautiful views, plenty of space, and natural light. Owner lives on property in main house but we never saw them. Great features include the 2 EV chargers, a dog door into a gated area for your pooch, huge open doorway, and convenient hot tub. Master shower is like a spa. Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities. I’d give this place a 99/100. If I could find anything wrong it’s that maybe the kitchen chairs are hard/uncomfortable and the TVs are a little small but you aren’t there to watch TV are you? Great location close to both downtown Carbondale and Basalt. We stayed here for a ski week and while the drive in wasn’t the most convenient, it was easy and the home made the stay better. Highly recommend!

Summary: Everything was absolute fantastic about this. The place is clean and very well maintained. The location is excellent. The views from the house are breathtaking — it’s right in the mountains and on a gorgeous river. The property owner checked in and made sure everything was good. When we had one question, he was quickly responsive and helpful. We would come back here in a minute, and probably will!
