Carbondale, lying at the base of beautiful Mt. Sopris where the Crystal and the Roaring Fork Rivers meet, is filled with year round outdoor fun of all sorts in any direction you decide to go. Our rental is nestled in the heart of a gorgeous valley with Aspen at one end and Glenwood Hot Springs pool at the other, with a convenient RAFTA bus service connecting these locations. This is a wonderful place to visit!

Summary: To start, it’s larger than it looks in the photos. It is very well kept and clean. The windows let in lots of light and breezes. If you stay during the summer, open the windows at night to let the cool air in then close them in the morning; the place will remain cool. The kitchen is well equipped. The iron is fantastic. The washer and dryer are quiet and efficient. Close walking distance to parks and Main Street. The pull-out sofa is extremely comfortable! The host is amazing! We will definitely book again.

Summary: The stairs are a killer. I would not stay here again. There are probably 16 vertical steps to get to unit

Summary: I felt relaxed and at home as soon as we arrived. The space has plenty of natural light, live plants, and artwork. The bed is super comfortable; the small kitchen perfect for preparing a simple meal.

Summary: Great accomodation with everything we needed. Would be petite for 4, but excellent for us. Only downside was the driver then buys to the aspen slopes, but that is a compromise we were prepared to make.
