Positive: The view is great, from the room, from the restaurant, from the gym.

Negative: Most staff speak limited english. The food in the restaurant was average and not really worth it. The massage at the spa was actually pretty good just not fairly priced for Shenzhen.

Positive: I stayed here for a couple of nights on a business trip and thought it was absolutely fantastic. The rooms are an incredible size and the beds were the most comfortable out of all the hotels I stayed in the previous 5 weeks. The reception is on the 96th floor so the views of Shenzhen are second to none. My room was on floor 80 with great views. The room was enourmous and had everything you would need should you need to work of if you want to catch up on some news you can turn on the enourmous TV with ceiling mounted stereo speakers... I rarely eat at hotels as I like to explore wherever I am however on this ocassion I had the buffet at the hotel. The food was fantastic. Seafood, ramen, cold meats, freshly cooked meat, sushi and desserts galore. I highly recommend doing it at least once.The bar is also great and reasonably priced as hotel bars go. When I checked out I needed and ATM and unfortunately I didn't get the name of the chap in reception who assisted me by taking the lift down with me an organising for Jason to walk me to an ATM and get me a cab to the train station. They couldn't have been more helpful.
