Positive: The location is great. Easily accessible by train. Right next to a shopping center with a super market, shops and restaurants. Also close to the center of research and education in Shenzhen.

Negative: The breakfast was good, but could be even better. There was only one coffee machine for about 50 guests dining at the same time.

Positive: The location near SUSTech and metrostation. Good breakfast (extra).

Negative: A little bit difficult to find, as the best entrance is through the shopping centre. The WiFi was a bit difficult to log onto, as I had to disconnect and re-enter the password.

Summary: A nice hotel near SUSTech for a research visit.

Positive: Once inside it’s well decorated and has good features. Staff are really helpful including Darwin, Damon & Yoko.

Negative: It is ridiculously difficult to find the entrance which is at the back rather than on the main road and is behind a security gate with very little signage and clarity on how to get to reception. The taxi apps don’t recognise the hotel name and arriving late at night I was just dropped on the side road near the address. If I was a first time visitor to China I would have really struggled to find the hotel. I nearly ended up sleeping in a dark closed shopping mall!

Summary: Great location, very nice staff but please sort the signage for getting into the hotel

Positive: Location was abit far from the shopping area but the staff and rooms were fantastic. The rooms were of good size and the staff were friendly. It is also connected to a shopping mall, which can be easily accessed through the hotel lift.
