Positive: Friendly and very helpful staff. Always smiling and pleasant. Common lounge at Level 5 is great for chilling Pickleball court - alto it’s still not fully furnished.

Positive: The place is very new, the room is cleaned daily and is very clean, and it’s very close to the subway station. The staff are very polite. I’ll definitely come back and stay again next time.

Positive: Free upgrade, very polite and accommodating staff. Superbly new facilities.

Negative: Our kitchen was completely empty—no plates, no spoons, no sponges, nothing. When we asked for the basics, the staff did their best to accommodate us, but many essential items were still missing. For example, when I requested spoons for eating, they could only initially provide teaspoons.
