Positive: The location was perfect and the vibe was amazing! Our room was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The sweatshirt robes were an added bonus. I loved the coffee shop too!

Negative: Nothing. I’m just sad I didn’t buy one of their cute mugs!

Positive: Property was lovely and quaint and we enjoyed the patio area every morning and night. Bathrobes were awesome! Staff was friendly.

Negative: My only complaint is the entire time we were there, 5 nights, we got no fresh towels, no trash pickup and nobody replaced the coffee. We arrived after 11 pm and there wasn’t really an introduction on how things worked there. One of the other guests mentioned the same issues and we all wondered if we missed something. For the price of the room, I expected better service.

Positive: Great nights sleep! Very nice, helpful staff. Wonderful aesthetic. Great location.

Negative: Little too strong on the hallway scent. Waterbottle filter wasn’t working ( but they had filtered water alternative option).

Summary: Wonderful stopping point in downtown Boise.would stay here again!

Positive: Great location in downtown Boise and walking distance to everything. I stayed with my dog and the room was very accommodating for her as well. Loved the ambiance of the room with minimalist details. I was able to work remotely too without a Zoom-room view of a bed in the background - so great for work travel as well.

Negative: 1.) Parking is very limited and pricey. 2.) The coffee shop downstairs was painfully sloooooow on service. There are multiple cafes in the area, so my suggestion would be to walk to one of those if you don't want to wait 30 minutes for a coffee or snack.
