The Historic home in downtown Boise. Welcome to our beautiful historic home in the heart of downtown Boise.
CenturyLink Arena, local shopping, delicious restaurants, and more are all within walking distance. If you are not into walking, there are two bikes provided for guests to use to get downtown or to ride along the Boise River Greenbelt. Guests are always welcome to use the hot tub to warm up after a day at Bogus Basin or just to relax before bed. Lastly, if you are a sports fan or in town for a graduation, Boise State University is right around the corner. This home has just been tastefully renovated with new flooring, kitchen and bathrooms. With quartz counters and full tile showers you'll truly love!

Summary: The house was an amazing remodel. Super cute interior. Hot tub was great. Close to all things downtime. Was able to walk to downtown and ride bikes around town.

Summary: We loved the house. There was plenty of room for all of us. Kids enjoyed foosball, while adults enjoyed hot tub and fire pit. It was close to everything we planned to do and see. Needs improvement on heating system, it was hard to regulate the temperature , especially upstairs. And the beds could have been more comfortable. But overall we would choose to stay here again.

Summary: The place is in a great location for getting to downtown Boise. The house had some issues that are all easily fixable. Biggest complaint was one of the beds upstairs was awful. There is a lack of towels for the number of bathrooms. There are loose fixtures in the bathroom. The door knob to the back door was extremely loose. The fence feels like it ready to fall over. In addition the wrong Wi-Fi password is listed incorrectly in the VRBO app and in the provided instructions. However there are bonus points for the ease of the checkout process.

Summary: This home is very well re done. It was cute and comfortable and fit our group of 9 people well. We were very happy with our stay. The property owner was very responsive whenever I had questions. I would note I had thought from pictures that the game room was a basement and it is actually a separate building on the property, it worked out fine for our group but if you have small children you may just want to account for that. Also the kitchen was labeled as fully stocked however it was very, very limited. If you just need the very basics, cookie sheet, a couple pots and a few utensils then the home is fine, however if you were planning to actually cook a full meal it would be a challenge, we couldn’t even find a pot holder. Overall though it was a very nice home and I would book again!
