Welcome to our beautiful historic home located in downtown Boise. This home has just been tastefully renovated with new flooring, kitchen and bathrooms- new quartz counters and full tile showers!
The rental includes the main home which contains 3 bedrooms (a queen bed in each) and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The main home can comfortably sleep 8. All bathrooms are located in the main house.
The game room is a separate structure that does not include plumbing. There is a bunk bed and a sleeper sofa located in the game room that can sleep up to 5.

Summary: a few items were not working. First, we get a notice a week before the trip that the hot tub was not working (the title of the location). it was to late to change locations and they were no discount offered. secondly the front door lock would not re-lock so we had to lock from inside and go out the back door. the game room building would not lock. and there was a pick-up truck load (a lot) of garbage in the rear parking spot that smelled really bad and was there for a while. the remainder of the facility was very clean. overall we had a nice stay just surprised at the amount of stuff that did not work.

Summary: This place is a renovated older home with all the charm but updated for a clean neat appeal. off street parking space was good, game room sleeping quarters was a nice retreat. communication was good. we enjoyed our brief stay.

Summary: The home was adorable and comfortable for our needs. The game room outside was much bigger than we thought it would be, and the fire pit/yard/hot tub area out back was IDEAL for hanging out with family, laughing, and making smores!! The beds were comfortable and all rooms were clean and cozy :)

Summary: Conveniently located very near to all the good downtown Boise spots. House is adorable and had a recent refresh/makeover. It's a little small for 13 strangers, but if you've got an intimate group that size, it is perfect. The outdoor space is comfy and simple. Host was easy to work with!

Summary: We were attending a fire conference in the Treasure Valley and this downtown home was perfectly suited for our needs. Close to downtown, a hot tub for our tired bodies, and comfortable beds. Megan was a great communicator and we hope to stay here again!

Summary: We were here for a conference at the Boise Center. We a short walk to get to downtown and all the activities there. The house is close to locals favorites Big City Coffee, Payette Brewing, and the Green Belt. Hot tub was a plus during the cold nights. Highly recommended
