Summary: Our stay was amazing the house was what we thought it would be. The only issue that we had was the pool was not heated when we arrived but the property manager took care of the issue. Would highly recommend staying here.

Summary: The house is very roomy! Loved having an elevator. We would have like more chaos on the pool deck and balconies. The kitchen has lots of fridge space. One of the 2 dishwashers was missing a rack and also stopped working. Management company said they would order a replacement. Kitchen was well stocked but could use several sheet pans.

Summary: The house was exactly as pictured and described. Our group was 23 adults and we had plenty of space for everyone. The pool was large enough for all of us to be in and around at the same time. The stairs over the dune to the beach are slightly warn from the elements, but are well maintained and safe. The kitchen was stocked with enough dishes and utensils to get us through each day. All rooms were clean and look exactly like the pictures. The location in Kill Devil Hills is central to nearly all the restaurants, sights, and activities in the Outer Banks. Everything was within a 15 minute drive. We brought 7 cars and there was enough parking for at least 2 more with a different configuration. We will absolutely book this house again if we decided to take another large group trip to OBX!
