Summary: Great property for big families, extra gathering areas, nice pool, plenty of bedrooms.

Summary: I liked the size of the house, location and what the house had (Nice size kitchen, pool, hot tubs) but we had several TV's that didn't work. The Bluetooth radio by the pool only worked on the radio not enough pool seating upon arrival. Water on the floor of 2nd fl bedroom. Boilers kept shutting down. Barbecue's needed cleaning upon arrival. No house manual how to operate tv, media room, ovens, hot tubs, etc. I have used many Air B & B and they always have a house manual (Just a suggesting) Luckily I am a mechanical contractor and with Googles help was able to figure things out. Finally, the house overall is a nice property but needs TLC and it would be great, I paid a nice chunk of change and expected everything to be working good upon arrival, not the be spending time texting and call to have these issues resolved.

Summary: We just had a week vacation at this property with family. The first impression was not the greatest when we first drove up to the property, the trash dumpster was completely full and overflow to the driveway. The first day we have no access to the trash disposal. The management company showed up and told us to go through the property and let her know what's not working, but how does one do that when we know nothing about the property and how everything works. She didn't show us and there are no documentations on how things work. Right away, we see that the floor are dirty and needs to be mopped. Some of the beds are full of sand. We noticed one cooktop was not working and was not fixed during our stay. The other cooktop, some of the burner are not working properly. We ran one of the dishwasher on night one, and it leaked all over the floor, so we told them about it and we didn't use it during our stay. There are also issues with one of the water heaters, it kept shorting out and shutdown. A plumber came by during our stay and it could not be fixed right away, so he showed me how to reset it. Why am I doing all this on my vacation at a vacation rental? There are other issues with the TV setup through out the property and the movie room. Nothing was set up correctly, I pretty much had to reconnect everything so I can get it to work. Also, a lot of minor broken things and unsanitary issues like, broken toilet seats and moldy toilets. This was an over $20K weekly rental!

Summary: Enjoyed the property. Family gathered, 28 total people. Used all rooms of the house, plenty of space although the location of the beds was off from the listing. Could have used more kitchen cookware and instructions on how to turn on the tvs! We did cook each day and night, spent lots of time in the pool/hot tubs and at the beach (so close!) Quick response for broken items/concerns. All in all everyone had an amazing time!

Summary: Our group had a pleasant time at the beach, enjoying the great location, nearby amenities, and unbeatable oceanfront access. The check-in process was smooth, and the emails were timely. However, we encountered issues with cleanliness, trash pickup, non-working audiovisual equipment, door locks, and other maintenance problems, causing stress. Despite having a communication avenue, we felt Kees should inspect properties more thoroughly between guests. This was an expensive rental, and it was a rare vacation for us. For the first three days of our five-day stay, we dealt with vendors fixing electrical, AV, sauna, hot tub, grill, trash/cleaning, rusty pots and pans, linens, and various broken items. Some issues, like non-working locks, a broken window in a children's room, a faulty second-floor railing (all safety issues), and a non-operational sauna (an amenity issue), were not resolved during our stay. Also the beds were noisy/uncomfortable; all guests complained about this. I had to call multiple times for updates on vendor arrivals as promised by the on-site Kees rep/handyman. Despite these problems, we appreciate Kees' generally quick response times and the excellent customer service from their personnel. We wish we spent less time dealing with issues and more time enjoying our vacation. Nonetheless, we still had a great time, & the property was beautiful despite its faults. Summary: Massive house, modern, and right on the beach. We had a great time overall. However, the first day several showers did not have hot water. Also, a bathroom on the bottom floor did not have the water running for the toilet. We contactes management and they sent someone over. The hot tub on the second story took much longer to heat up. And the sauna that was listed was caution taped off. Unusable. They were responsive to our requests, but no discount was offered. We were still generally pleased with the stay there.
