Positive: I can tell it's a historical hotel, but the bed and the free coffee is pretty good. If the coffee machine in the room could be used, that may much more comfortable for the tourists. The staff is friendly and responses quickly, that's great
Negative: the bathtub is flooding outside! although I use the shower curtain, however, it doesn't work! and the coffee machine ! I am not sure if that too long time no one use it, when I use it with a plastic smell of the coffee! I rather go to first floor to drink the coffee!
Summary: 7.8! acceptable and comfortable! the old equipment change would be better!
