Positive: Great property, lovely large rooms. Right next to a bus stop to get into town center or it’s a 15 m walk. They also gave us a free bus pass for our time there

Negative: It doesn’t have any meals so be aware if you are looking for breakfast

Negative: Really noisy HVAC in the room all night long. Turned it off twice but then the room got to hot.

Summary: It would be nice to have a coffee shop at least in the hotel. General OK except for noisy HVAC

Negative: Staff were unfriendly, the service was subpar, the facilities were below standard, and even the towels were old and frayed. Really disappointing.

Positive: Bed was very comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. Jetted tub was nice.

Negative: Room was very dusty especially around furniture, baseboards and vents. Wallpaper was coming loose in a few places (a little glue goes a long way) The room could use updating. No restaurant.

Summary: We had a nice stay. The dust around the room was very disappointing; it's an easy fix.

Positive: Really pretty building. Good location in Banff. Nice staff that were helpful and kind. Good price for the two nights we stayed.

Negative: Seemed a little out dated compared to other places I’ve stayed recently. Our bathroom had issues with the shower not draining and the faucet I. The shower was falling off the wall. Would be nice if there was EV charging in there parking garage. Had to park across and down the street at another hotel to charge.

Summary: Great time in Banff with a relaxing place to rest my head.
