Negative: Overall looks dated; Several small details that are not up to a 5-star experience: light switches are super challenging to find; Lack of power outlets; door to bathroom doesn’t lock; hairdryer doesn’t work.

Positive: Our airline stranded us late in the evening, so we didn't have a chance to enjoy the hotel amenities, but our room was very comfortable and we got a good rest to face the ordeal at the airport in the morning.

Negative: Nothing we could point a finger at.

Positive: The front desk staff upon check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Negative: We were on the 8th floor, street side. The noise from cars revving through the streets until 2:00AM made it difficult to fall asleep. We ordered room service when we got back to the hotel from the concert. We asked for an estimated time before placing the order and were told 30-35 minutes. It arrived an hour and 45 minutes later. I would stay here again but I would request an interior room and would avoid room service.
