Summary: The wonderful lady at the front desk by the name of Khadijah went above and beyond to help us with our reservation. She was also extremely accommodating with helping us find the right rooms to fit my families needs. The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and every staff member serviced us with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a friendly staff.

Summary: Lovely hotel. They may be short staffed in the cleaning dept, as so left the hotel at 7:00 AM, and when I returned after 4:30 PM, there had not been any housekeeping service. She showed up close to five, but at that point I was back in the room and told her to just skip it.

Summary: There’s nowhere to fill up a water bottle on this property which in this day and age is bizarre. Right next to NASCAR Hall of Fame which is RAD, otherwise the surrounding area is not that cool but nice again it’s Charlotte, not the south of France. Slow service at the bar in lobby to get coffee in AM, housekeep accidentally took my daughter’s favorite stuffed animal and lost it which was really fun to deal with on our end. Pool bar staff told us we couldn’t be in the Bar area because apparently we were enjoying our sober selves too much and so stuck us in a corner cabana but made us walk back and fourth to the bar to order drinks. Rooms are nice and clean, hotel property overall great shape.

Summary: Wonderful location!!! Walking distance to most attractions. Very clean. Very quiet. I am sensitive to noise and stayed on the 5 floor but had zero issues from external or internal noise. The absolute best part was the staff. The gym was well-equipped and clean and I used it everyday.They were incredibly accommodating, pleasant and solicitous. They really bent over backward to assist us, even with locating a lost phone. I cannot say enough about how incredible the staff at this property is. While many hotels are nearby, I truly believe that this hotel’s staff is unmatched.
