Summary: We had a great stay. Traveled with our dog Victoria who loved the little off leash dog park on the property. The patio opens up to the pool area. It’s a 2 story apartment- living room, kitchen and dining room upstairs, downstairs opens to an open bedroom with another small bedroom beside it (no door but had a curtain). Both rooms adjoin the bathroom. Living room had a trundle bed under the couch. Not very private if traveling with friends, but it’s a great family space if traveling with school age children. I say school age because there’s a staircase between levels that is not toddler friendly (but a baby gate would fix that). Pet policy is reasonable, cheaper than most places we looked at in the area but was not included in the VRBO price even though “traveling with pets” was marked. The check in process was one of the most efficient check in process we’ve experienced. The information is all digital, no house book. Check out process was simple and required very little from us. Nothing is more frustrating then paying a lot of money to stay at a place then have a list of chores to do before checking out- this place did not have any of that and made it quick and easy. Thank you!! The location was less than a 10 minute drive to a ton of breweries and places to eat. We would stay here again for sure.

Summary: The good: location is excellent. Neighborhood feels safe and lots of stuff is within walking distance. The condo has direct access to pool. Beds are comfy. The Bad: check in isnt till 5pm. Hidden fees. Condo lists "sleeps" 6, but I was charged an extra person fee for 3. The condo floors were very dirty. Furniture covered in pet hair and the condo overall seriously rough. Needs painting and some basic maintenance/up keep. The couch is broken and does not make a bed. We were not given enough towels for 3 people and there was no bedding for the couch/bed, so we had to improvise. The great: After hours customer service came to the rescue when I accidentally locked myself out of the condo with my phone inside and I couldn't remember the door code. Overall, I wouldn't recommend until they adressed some issues inside the condo.
