5 Bedroom House in Charlotte

Located in Wesley Heights, a neighborhood next to Uptown Charlotte, our home is in a perfect location to get to everything Uptown has to offer (walkable!), a <10 minute drive to NoDa, Plaza Midwood, South End and Dilworth, and a 1 minute drive to hop on I-77 to get to the suburbs. It's a unicorn property because of it's proximity to Uptown CLT, the ability to host 9 people with a great outdoor space. The house is 5 minutes from a Greenway that has a miles long trail. Bank of America Stadium is 1 mile (~20 minute walk) from the house by way of the beautiful Greenway.
Each bedroom is very spacious, and the two large full bathrooms for the 4 bedrooms upstairs make it a great spot for large groups. You'll have extra blankets and pillows to make sure you're comfortable during your stay. The primary bedroom is on the first floor with a private bathroom with a huge shower and spacious closet. There are two rooms with queen beds and one room with a twin on the second floor, and a room with a double bed on the third floor. There's plenty of space between the rooms to give you some privacy.
The gorgeous kitchen is well appointed and a great space to cook for a group. The kitchen table can seat 6 and there is a leaf that can be inserted to add two more seats. The island can seat 4.
The deck is in the back of the home and has a 4-person table, 4 adirondack chairs and a bench for your group to hang out. Turn on the overhead twinkle lights, fire up the grill for dinner and then enjoy a fire to make s'mores with the Solo Stove.

Summary: Beautiful home. 7 women for a girls trip. House is beautiful, tastefully decorated and all the beds and sheets were 10/10 comfortable. The house was quiet. Kitchen is large, everything you would need. Location for excellent for tourists. Excellent host. Very responsive. Would absolutely recommend and return.

Summary: The property was fabulous for our family Christmas getaway. The hosts were very communicative and attentive to our needs. They made sure to give updates as needed. The kitchen was well equipped with whatever cooking appliances that you would have at your own home. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. We were a party of 8 adults and no point did we feel crowded or cramp. Our host even put a Christmas tree for us which was a pleasant surprise and lent itself to whole holiday spirit. Location was central to everything you could think of engaging in. The location was so ideal that we could run out and purchase last minute gifts. The common area was perfect and afforded us the ability to congregate nicely and spend time with each other. This property is a 5 star experience.
