Brand New seven-bedroom Luxury Resort Style Contemporary at the edge of Island Beach State Park! This expansive custom home was for luxurious beach living and entertaining family and friends. The first level offers a gym, sauna, game room with ping pong and darts, and access to the custom landscaped yard with all the amenities for glorious outdoor entertaining. Tranquility describes this outside area as perfect for parties and relaxing. Outdoor kitchen, luxury seating, bar area, and a pizza oven for casual dining. Enter the elevator to the second floor, where you will find a Chef's gourmet kitchen with a Thermador appliance package, a kitchen island with seating, and a large dining table. No detail has been overlooked- the kitchen is well-stocked with everything imaginable for the cook! The rear living area has high-end furniture, an enormous flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. The rear deck overlooks the expansive yard with seating. Three large bedrooms with bathrooms are also on this level for guests. The third level has a master bedroom en suite with two additional bedrooms. An enormous family room provides extra area for entertaining and just relaxing. Enter the top level, where you will find a sleeping area, a game room, and a bathroom.
