Summary: The property was perfect for our family! Check in was easy, house was very clean. Location was great, Walkable distance to everything, we have 2 young kids (2&4) and we used a wagon for our beach stuff and my 4 yo was able to walk to and from the beach everyday, sometimes multiple times. We had a small issue with the AC and Joe had it taken care of the next day! Awesome house, amazing host. Highly recommend!

Both properties were well maintained, clean, spacious enough for our family and quests. The kitchen was furnished with basic necessities. The location was peaceful, only a few blocks from the boardwalk, and has parking. The patio area has a grill and was an ideal spot for relaxing and enjoying a meal. Joe was welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to stay at Seaside Heights.

Summary: The house was clean and very comfortable. Joe, the property owner was in communication with me from the day I confirmed the rental. Joe responded to all my questions before and during my stay almost immediately. He greeted us when we got there and and even let us check out an hour later the day we left, due to the fact that we were flying back to Tucson and our flight was at 5pm. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Summary: We all were delighted with Joe’s place. We were seven adults and two kids and everyone was comfortable. The house was immaculate and the outdoor space had cool breezes on the hottest days. The short walk to the beach was a piece of cake, and when one child was too tired for the fireworks, we stood outside the house and had a perfect view. All in all it was a perfect stay and we hope to return soon.

Summary: Joe was welcoming and wonderful. He was responsive to any questions we had before, during and after our stay. My family and I would absolutely rent this property again. (Only little comment is the pin on the map for the listing is closer to the beach than the actual house - not Joe’s fault - and it was a great location that my mom (70) and dad (80+) walked to and from the beach/boardwalk everyday easily). Overall 👍👍!!
