Summary: We had a great week. There was plenty of space for my extended family. The beach passes were great to have. We had extra cars and extra parking was never an issue on the streets or the lot at the end of the road. Having access to laundry was a great feature also. Joe was wonderful to work with, he was very kind and accommodating. We are looking forward to coming back.

Summary: Stayed for a week and had a blast. We rented both apartments since there were 10 of us. The upstairs apartment was home base since it’s the nicer of the 2. Furniture and beds are comfy. The owner, Joe, is great. He’s there if you need him and isn’t if you don’t. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Our family enjoyed this property so much during our family vacation!! There were 13 of us and plenty of space to accommodate us all. We really enjoyed the set up of there being an upstairs apartment and a downstairs apartment so we didn’t feel too on top of each other. Joe was great to work with from checkin to check out. We will definitely be returning!
