Positive: We spent 6 nights here. It felt very safe. It was comfortable to get back to after a day out. The villa is very spacious. The bed in the master bedroom was very large and comfortable. The view from the upper floor was beautiful and relatively private. The balcony was nicely furnished. The staff were friendly. The daily housekeeping was flexible and the cleanings standards were good.

Negative: We did not feel that the garden was private as the laundry for Sunbirds Hotel is hung to dry in the garden, and the laundry area is within the villa, around the back. The swimming pool was very near to the hotel kitchen area. There was no washing machine in the villa despite this being stated on the description. Ditto there was no safe for valuables in the villa. The downstairs area was unwelcoming. Only 2 chairs, rather dirty-looking, for watching TV which is located downstairs so not sure how 2 groups would manage that. We think this is probably good valuable for 2 groups who wish to share to keep costs down. However for 2 people who ere looking for a luxury villa, as listed, it did not meet our expectations and we felt that for us it was poor value for money.

Positive: Spread out nicely. The staff is fantastic! Multiple places to hang out. We were 4, but 7-8 would be comfortable.

Negative: Coming back to open windows after cleaning. No screens means more chance of creepy crawlies getting in.

Positive: This place was the best place we stayed at during our holiday. Super friendly staff. Big comfortable rooms. Clean. Super friendly staff. Amazing diner! Probably better then in any of the restaurants in chobe

Negative: Only thing that is not good is that the breakfast takes forever. The quality is fine but it took >1.5h to do a sunny side up. I have no idea why it takes so long.

Positive: We were self catering and the facilities were good. The water was hot, the showers were good, the beds were comfortable. The gardens are lovely, the pool was very clean. Lots of space.

Negative: Every room was on a different level with 3-6cm steps between. It took concentration to move around! The beers were expensive!

Positive: Everybody is exseptionally friendly and has always a smile- Lesley who supported us whenever asked, the kitchen team, who cooked 3 times a great dinner for us and Boa with immediate positive response. We felt very happy to be there! Thank you to everybody!
