Positive: Lovely location on the Chobe river and so clean and comfortable. We were lucky to have an upgrade to a very nice big room. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was great to have the home comforts after a dusty, bumpy 9 night mobile safari! A little oasis!

Negative: Nothing really. A slightly broader evening meal menu would have been nice but the options available were fine.

Summary: Great location and lovely, comfortable place to stay.

Positive: Great location. Nice Menu. If I would change anything it would be a small bar fridge in the room. The game drives were excellent. The staff were friendly. The property is well maintained, and the rooms are clean and well appointed.

Negative: Nothing with the exception of the bar fridge in the room.

Positive: Everything was excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. The game drives/river cruises were outstanding, especially the knowledge and skills of the guides.

Negative: We enjoyed every aspect of the River View Lodge.

Positive: Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Food was good.

Negative: The Lodge is a little far out of Kasane so it means quite a long drive to get to the National Park and our experience of that was not good. I don't think the lodge had enough staff to fulfil the trip we had requested so had brought in a tour vehicle from another lodge and the driver was not very good at all. Most of the animal spotting was done by us and he also drove a little fast .

Summary: It was adequate for filling in the extra time we had in Kasane before going on to our next location.
