Summary: The only issue we had is our room was right by the front desk and the staff was rather loud in the evening; otherwise, we really enjoyed our room. The staff was extremely accommodating and the property grounds were beautiful. When we first entered the smell of the hotel was so great- fresh and beautiful scent. We loved the front living room/guest area and how it led to a beautiful bar area. The pool was fantastic! So warm. I would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: Nice location and good equipment luxury rooms. Unfortunately we got a room outside of the main building around 5min walk with a view which was not that exciting as we expected. So if you are booking a Birch room, you will not be located to the canal. But great hotel with great service.
