Summary: The oven’s door is damaged. I found some roaches into the house. Dirty glasses and plates. Both bathrooms downstairs are damaged because the water is always running. The location is so nice and the house is so big. They just need to improve the cleaning and try to fix couple spots.

Summary: The property suited our family of 14. We stayed 2 nights and the property owner was very responsive to all questions. We really enjoyed the backyard where we hung out, just being together. Plenty of seating and lots of wild life to watch.

Summary: We were in Dyer needs for a place to stay cause of a hurricane. We were 10 and pets. House is very large on the water. Rooms are large, owners are great when asking a question. Highly recommend even if you are not in our situation. One more thing, there is absolutely one of the best Cuban restaurant right around the corner and in walking distance.
