Summary: We booked a weekend retreat for board executive retreat. The home is nice but not stocked or set up for quality stay.Three units (only one connects to outdoors) and all three had zero bathroom towels, 2 broken air conditioning, no essentials - or welcome set up.The pool and outdoors was filthy when checked in.The lighting was sporadic and fire pit not working.Bedrooms clean but bathrooms all had water issues (leaking and slow hot water) Host was fast at cleaning outdoors when contacted and after a day did have AC repaired.We’ve stayed in many homes and this could be nice with a huge dose of maintenance and home set up. For what you spend per night -really needs to have clean bath (not pool towels) and tissues/ etc set up in every bathroom and kitchen staples. Also it’s very near airport so if you are sitting outdoors enjoying pool there’s jets every 10 min -difficult to hear conversations.
