Summary: A receptionist upgarged my room to family room and she said the room is "non smoking room" but the floor is smoking floor. I accepted it but the smoke smell is very strong on whole floor. I do not understand why a non smoking family room is locate on smoking floor. A room is very dusty and bath room amentities are very base, even the shower gel and shampoo package are not like 5 stars hotel. Do not expect too much. Macau have many new five stars hotel choice... Parisian's service might could get into 5 stars but the hard ware is not.
