Negative: The warm water failed 3 days in a row. The last evening there was no cleaning service as daily agreed. Stuff was inexperienced and did not speak English and contact was difficult.

Positive: The staff was nice, they helped us with everything, they organised a transfer and also a boat trip for us. The apartment was comfortable and nice, perfect for our few days stay. And there were many attractions nearby.

Negative: The street is a little bit noisy but I really recommend choosing this apartment for your stay in Istanbul.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were excellent. The cleaner was brilliant. We had no issues at all. The hotel was very clean and had great room cleaning every day. No smell or anything in any of the rooms. Bathroom was very clean. Would stay here again if we come.
