Positive: I have completed a four day stay at this property in Istanbul, and the experience was overwhelmingly positive. The property is relatively new and well maintained. The pristine condition of the facilities provided a highly comfortable environment to return to after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was exceptionally caring, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure our family felt welcome throughout our visit. the location is highly advantageous as it serves as an excellent central base with fantastic public transit connectivity as the nearest tram station is a just 5-minute walk away, and the bus stop is accessible within 7 minutes. This made navigating the city effortless. The only disadvantage is the streets in this surrounding neighborhood area which steep inclines. While this is a common characteristic of Istanbul's geography and has absolutely no bearing on the quality of the hotel itself, it is worth keeping in mind for travelers with mobility concerns. Overall, this is an outstanding property backed by a dedicated team. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we would highly recommend it as a well-connected base for any Istanbul itinerary."

Positive: Номер полностью соответствует фотографиям, внутри было очень чисто и аккуратно. Порадовало наличие одноразовых тапочек и электрического чайника. При заселении в номере не оказалось утюга, но мы сразу сообщили об этом владельцу, и уже на следующий день нам его принесли, за что большое спасибо. Расположение апартаментов очень удобное, до всех основных достопримечательностей можно дойти быстро. Стоит только иметь в виду, что придется подниматься в небольшую горку.

Negative: Отель, как мы поняли, относительно новый, но видны следы эксплуатации (хотя в целом всё выглядит вполне достойно). В ванной не было шампуня и геля для душа. Для нас это не стало проблемой, так как мы всегда возим с собой дорожные наборы, но обычно предполагается наличие таких средств гигиены. Самым главным минусом стала кровать. Матрас показался для нас неудобным, а постельное белье неприятным для тела. Для нас это стало критичным моментом, так как даже после продуктивного и насыщенного дня, супруга в первую ночь так не смогла уснуть. На этот нюанс отелю точно стоит обратить внимание.

Positive: Excellent apartment, very friendly and caring owner, location almost in the center of the old town (all attractions are within walking distance + there is also a tram stop nearby), remote check-in and availability of everything you need.

Negative: It would be nice to add towel hooks for the face next to the sink, as well as purchase a shoehorn.

Positive: The apartment has obviously recently been renovated so everything is new. The beds are very comfortable and it is impeccably clean. The location is very convenient, close to all the major sights. I will definitely stay there again.

Positive: The apartments were quite nice, spacious, warm and clean. Good location. Even the streets around are empty after 19:00 already, there was quite safe in the area. There was no stove initially, as at the picture, but the host has immediately supplied us with it, when we asked.

Negative: Bed clothes were a bit old. The room was on the side opposite to the street, and the view from window was awfull. Other OK)
