Negative: the noise from the construction site nearby and the neighbourhood is quite shanty, on top there are few steps of stair to climb, not convenient if you carry a big suitcase.

Positive: We chose this apartment after coming to Istanbul and having a nightmare at another apartment. The property was exceptionally clean, each room had a working TV, a working lift, and a very helpful and responsive owner. For what we were given, the property was very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this property and will be coming back here soon!

Positive: Excellent location in the old part of Istanbul , very close to main attractions like grand bazaar and all the mosques and other historical and cultural areas. Good price for 3 rooms, very nice and helpful host and his housekeeper. Option to arrange for ride from the airport with the owner which was very convenient
