Positive: It's a new apartment, full of all comforts , in a new realized building. Staff simply perfect.

Negative: Floor and bathrooms are really very clean, but, only to achieve perfection, I suggest to clean a little bit more door frames and bedside tables.

Positive: Location was good and the property represented value for money. It was really clean. It was close too everything. Amazing eating places nearby. Loved having a washing machine.

Negative: the living area wasn't really big enough but we were mostly out so it didn't other us. There were a few kitchen bits missing but it was all so new and clean so it worked really well forr us

Positive: The rooms were spacious with ample access to extra sheets and towels when requested. The host is very responsive and flexible in the sense that we were able to check out at 12pm instead of 11am. The accommodation is a 10 minute walk at most to the Blue Mosque.

Positive: Host was hospitable, always checked on us and if we wanted anything. Apartment was spacious and very clean. Had washing machine, dishwasher and stove which were handy.

Negative: Nothing. Elevator was on the smaller side so we had to do two trips every time or take the stairs, but wasn’t a huge hassle.

Summary: Enjoyable stay witha variety of options nearby. Tram nearby made easy

Positive: We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. For the price, it was excellent value – the apartment was new, clean, with reliable hot water, air conditioning, good security, excellent Wi-Fi, and a great location, especially when traveling with kids. The host was very friendly and helpful, and it was also very convenient that we could leave our luggage safely after check-out since our flight was later in the day.

Negative: The only minor downside was that the apartment is not very well insulated. You can hear some noise from outside, especially in the mornings when nearby businesses start early. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but if you are a light sleeper it’s better to use the bedrooms not facing the street. It would also have been useful to have some extra sheets and quilts (especially with children) as well as basic cleaning items like a mop or brush. While a cleaner came every morning, having these items available would have been handy.
