Set within the heart of the historic spa town of Buxton is The Old Post Office, a Grade II Victorian building which has undergone extensive renovations bringing it up to the luxurious standard presented today. What was once apartments built in the mid-1800’s before it was The Post Office, has since been returned to apartments whilst maintaining subtle clues to the building’s history.
Apartment Three is a duplex and located on the second floor. It has tastefully and carefully been furnished throughout to ensure you have all you need for a comfortable stay. The large living space is open plan and incorporates a dining area between the kitchen and living room. The sitting area has a 43" Freeview Smart TV, DVD player and CD player in addition to Wi-Fi internet access which are sure to keep everyone entertained.

Summary: Very clean, warm, comfortable… home from home. We loved it. Very minor.. but cushions on dining chairs would be welcome.

Summary: So wonderfully cozy, beautifully decorated and presented, in a great location. It was so clean and well equipped we did not want to leave. The bed linen, towels and furnishing were of the best quality. A very lovely place for our weekend away with friends. We were grateful for the immediate parking outside our accommodation but it was a little tight and tricky. We did however get the hang of it so it was fine.

Summary: The styling, decoration, furniture and crockery etc was all of a really high standard and beautifully done. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The location was brilliant, being really close to the town centre. only having one allocated parking space was not ideal and the lack of information about local long stay parkingalternative provision made it stressful for some guests when arriving.
