Summary: Grandmothers and women from both sides came to visit our traveling nurse. While we’ve long known and enjoy one another, having 2 separate areas was nice. We had some minor electrical issues but enjoyed our stay and loved the setting. We had fresh squeezed OJ and mimosas.

Summary: We greatly enjoyed our stay at Noah's Ojai Ranch. The house is in a stunning, rustic location that looks out over beautiful mountains. The property has an incredible array of citrus trees, which had tons of fruit to take. The house itself was an interesting and practical layout - two sides to it with two bedrooms per side. The kitchen was large and capable of handling large meals. The bedrooms were minimalist, but good, and the beds were super comfortable. There was one shared bathroom per two bedrooms on each side of the house, which worked fine - great, large showers in each. Finally, the hot tub was a huge hit. Located a bit away from the house itself and overlooking a beautiful vista with mountains in the background - stunning. Had a small issue with the wifi upon arrival, but Noah was super responsive and helpful in getting it back up and running for us. Highly recommend and can't wait for our next stay.

Summary: The property around the ranch was ideal for quietness in a beautiful California rural setting. The space around the home contributed to its privacy. The home gave adequate space to sleep seven to eight people in two wings and a comfortable fireplace in each wing. The kitchen was industrial design, large and adequate to prepare meals for large groups. Our family enjoyed the time together in a relaxing location.

Summary: Upon arrival we were stunned by the Mountain View’s and lush landscape. The estate (feels like an estate) is full of fruit trees bursting with ripe goods (think oj every morning). Upon exploration we discovered a clay tennis court towards the rear of the property. This was such an incredible bonus as we love tennis and playing nestled into an incredible mountain landscape was next level. The residence is authentic farmhouse with thoughtful details and comfortable furniture. We cooked great meals from local produce in the chefs kitchen and steamed in the powerful steam showers every night. The house is seperate into hemispheres with a large mudroom type space between. This gave total privacy for half of our party and plenty of space for muddy shoes. All-in-all one of the better, more authentic stays we’ve had and looking forward to a return trip.

Summary: We loved this property! Stayed with family and friends over New Year’s, and had a wonderful time. The property itself is incredible - huge space, gorgeous landscaping, incredible views, beautiful sunsets. The multitude of citrus trees was such a treat - we left with a big bag of clementines for the drive home. Heated floors, giant showers, and super comfortable beds, pillows, and duvets. The location was also perfect. 10 min drive to downtown, plenty of hikes within walking distance, and the Deer Lodge is right around the corner. Property manager was easily reachable and check-in/out was super easy. The projector/speakers was a nice touch - the teenagers in our group really appreciated being able to watch movies at night. The hot tub broke on our second night which was a pretty big bummer, but out of their control, and pretty much impossible to fix over a holiday weekend. We appreciated that Messina sent someone over to look at it anyway! The one night we got to use it was great - perfect for sunsets and star gazing. Would definitely stay here again. Please get a few more coffee mugs and wine glasses! There were not enough for all of us. Some more cookware would also be great, and a simple spice rack. The secondary kitchen could also use a small table/dining chairs. Overall awesome trip! Thank you!

Summary: Wow - I literally could not imagine a more beautiful view. The property and house are huge, and dropped in the middle of paradise. Noah was ultra fast on responding and house was fantastic. Definitely will return!

Summary: The house itself is spectacular. Large rooms, ample light, wonderful views of the mountains, lots of citrus trees and local wildlife like bunnies and a deer that wandered into the backyard. My kids had a fun time exploring the grounds and we made daily excursions out into Ojai for activities. A great time all around.
