Summary: Seems like service has gone downhill a bit. I had a problem with my reservation causing me to be locked out of my room one afternoon. Also had to call to get our room serviced and no turn down one night. The staff used to be 5 stars but seems to be lacking a bit all around now.

Summary: We enjoyed staying in the shangrila rooms which are very luxurious and well appointed. Very comfortable and worth the cost. Only suggestion would be to have the pool music that filters above toward this bank of rooms turned off by 6 or 7pm. Very loud and noisy. Otherwise a magnificent stay.
