Summary: When we arrived, the heater was broken in our room, and the weather was extremely cold. We called front desk and They said they will send someone up, it didn’t happen. We called two more times and finally after being told someone will be up to look at it 2 other times They said it’s because of the power failure and the heater will come on gradually. No one told us that earlier! we had to make several calls for them to say this, and freeze in the meantime. before check out we called for a Bellman to come and help us with the luggage and we were told that someone will be up and we could leave the room and get our breakfast and they will bring our luggage to the car. It never happened! when we went to get our car and asked for our luggage two hours later our luggage was still in our room and had not been picked up. This is a very expensive and elevated property. However, it seems the staff are very young and inexperienced and for lack of a better word, The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing…. We love the property and the layout, but for the amount of money we were paying to stay there. We were very disappointed on multiple occasions because of the incompetency of the staff.

Summary: This property was absolutely beautiful not only was the staff so helpful and polite and kind and helpful but it really seems like they enjoy to work there. Which always makes a huge difference. Also love the grounds my goodness it was beautiful. There was so much to see and so much to do.

Summary: Ojai valley Inn never disappoints. The service is top notch, the grounds are beautiful. They cater to your furry friend too although we did not bring ours this time. Brought our road bikes and felt secure leaving them in valet with the car. The spa pool is so relaxing and the cafe makes delicious drinks and bites. The Oak was a relaxed and delicious meal. Town is a short walk away to explore additional restaurants too.
