Set on 2.5 acres, enjoy stunning views and sharing the large yard with moose & sandhill cranes. Meticulously remodeled, everything is brand new! Just 10 minutes from town's art galleries and eateries, & from charter fishing, wildlife tours & the myriad activities our wonderful town has to offer. If you feel energetic, the house is right on the bike path so you can cycle or walk all the way to town. Also, it is just a minute's walk to a popular restaurant. This lovely, spacious home has 6 light airy bedrooms. The top level rooms have twin beds that can be made into kings on request and these all have en suite bath. The two south bedrooms have full sliding doors leading to balconies. One of the lower level bedrooms has en suite bath; the other two have their own private bathrooms - no-one needs to share! Two of these have direct access to the yard - sit outside your room with your morning coffee. Both levels have full kitchens, dining & living rooms - 2 families could have their own level yet be together, linked by a stairway.

Summary: We had such an amazing week in Homer and this house was absolutely perfect for our 3-generation family.There is plenty of space to gather together. The dining table fit our entire group and the kitchen was fabulous for making family meals.There is also plenty of room for each person to have their own space. With multiple beds and bedrooms and bathrooms - everyone had plenty of privacy. Being on the bike path was wonderful - we biked to the Spit and went on long walks (even saw some Moose!) You can also walk to a place to get the best bagels I've ever had. And the view! It was breathtaking (even on the rainy days!)Great location, great house, great town! There is so much to do in Homer. We hiked to the glacier and went on a boat trip to Seldovia and went to the museums and saw art and shopped and ate delicious meals. It's a great destination for all ages. We've been home 2 days and I miss it already!

Summary: Great home. Very spacious for our large family. Very well stocked. Communication was wonderful. No issues at all. The house was perfect ( and I’m picky 😀).

Summary: This home offers everything you need for your home away from home. The 4 bedroom suites, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms offer spacious room for quality gathering. We definitely would recommend this home and hope to be back again. It was the perfect ending to our son's wedding week. Thank you Victoria for clean, guiet and spacious accommodations.

Summary: We had a group of 12 all family members. The house is extremely clean and layout was awesome. 3 large rooms with king beds on the main floor and down stairs 3 more bedrooms with one having a twin bed and two rooms with queen beds….lots of bathrooms. We enjoyed cooking our fresh caught fish in the large kitchen. The view is spectacular of water & mountains. One person had to sleep on a couch. We needed another set of sheets/blanket for him but we travel with small blankets snd just made do. We never ask for any extra linens but it is a suggestion. I would definitely stay here again…just longer.

Summary: Our “Destination Wedding” location. We were staying for 4 nights and had to add an extra night onto the beginning of our reservation; this was not a problem with the owner, Victoria, she was very accommodating. There was enough room for all of our friends and family members. Homer Spit was an exceptional added treat, delicious food and shopping.
