Summary: This house was perfect for our family. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, and games (cornhole especially) after our days out exploring. We cooked great meals in the kitchen and made use of the grills. This house is immaculate and a perfect getaway for families visiting Homer. And the views are absolutely stunning.

Summary: The home and grounds were beautiful and clean. The views were amazing. However the listing on VRBO and the management company’s site, Evolve, listed central A/C as an amenity of the home. It does not have A/C. The local management contact took nearly a day to respond. The dishwasher was broken our entire stay, but owner credited us $200.
