Positive: Just about everything i needed or wanted was available. Especially liked the cleanliness.

Negative: Difficulty with door code. Over an hour when I arrived to get it to work. Was told that the batteries would be replaced and I don't believe they were. On my second evening around 9:45 it took 8-10 times to get the door open. Cheap toilet paper No cabinet/dresser for clothes

Summary: Overall I was pleased and would consider staying again.

Positive: No breakfast offered but a lovely grounds and fire pit to sit outside and enjoy the morning before it got hot.

Negative: The Pergo floor was messed up and buckling. Not really a big deal as a guest staying at the property but was surprising considering how dialed in the rest of the property was.

Summary: Not the closest to down unless you need to access Vanderbildt but a lovely place to stay!

Positive: So close to the Anzie Blue venue, where I had an event, across from Belcourt Theater. Close to many shops and restaurants. Quiet area with nice sitting place. Staff was accommodating to early arrival and restocking coffee pods. Cozy accommodations.

Negative: booked 1BR, got a studio parking in the lot ends up covering car in something very sticky and icky very very thin walls. ok if their is no neighbor or if they are mostly gone and/or go to bed early. not great if they are up talking at 4am could not change thermostat the grounds outside of the main entrances were unkempt and overgrown, for instance where trash dumpsters were.

Summary: clean and comfortable - good location near Vandy. walls are really really thin

Positive: I liked the neighborhood the property is in. It’s safe & there is so much to do in just walking distance! Parking was pretty cool also, never was in a situation where I had to worry about the parking lot being being packed.

Negative: There wasn’t really much I didn’t like at all! Only the fact that we had to leave. Haha

Summary: My stay was comfortable, safe, and convenient. Would def stay here again

Positive: Fully equipped, home from home. Avery nice apartment and so much better than staying in a hotel. Excellent selection of restaurants on your door step. Communication with the owners was good.

Negative: Comments apply to #8. Poor access for elderly or disabled people, on the upper level apartments. No security lock on the main entrance to the block of apartments. The bedroom requires curtains to block out the strong lights from outside. Noise insulation is poor.You can hear EVERYTHING from the next door bedroom. The owners provide ear plugs!

Positive: I like the location too just about every place. I wanted to go to and spontaneously wanted to see.

Negative: locking the door was a challenge. Putting your hand over the lock and then typing in the code was a struggle every time because it would not read the number I pushed.
