Summary: This place was brand new and impeccably clean and in a great walkable neighborhood. Unfortunately they didn't have bedding for the pull out bed, I had to request it four times before they sent me it. There were little things missing everywhere, and no wifi information, and it took them four tries before they got the wifi info right. It seemed like they were using a customer support service that was augmented with AI and had people that had no information so it was very aggregating and one of the people travelling with us wasn't able to sleep there the first night because of lack of bedding. They did not give a discount when I told them this. So customer support was very poor until the local manager texted me and then they got all the missing stuff delivered, and they provided a coffee gift certificate as an apology. I would have preferred a one night refund, but that's not how they operate.
