Summary: Super clean, brand new, amazing location. Dryer did not work I am very frustrated with the communications and being charged prior to them getting back to me on pet policy. sent 3 messages prior to booking asking if I could bring 2 pets. During the booking process it clearly said I would not be charged yet. My message to the property indicated I was traveling from Florida back to Ohio and taking a quick side trip to see a show but had my 2 pets with me before they answered they charged my card and then responded back saying I could not bring my cat and only one pet allowed. Would not provide refund. I had to find someone to take care of my pets and cost me a lot of money. I had another hotel on hold which would allow my pets. It was kind of a mess! AvantStay has poor communication.
