Positive: Beautifully modernised cottage in stunning rural location. Every aspect of the cottage has been done to a high standard. Exellent host who took the time to explain all the features and made us feel very welcome. Despite rural location, the property benefits from excellent wifi. Comfortable and warm with underfloor heating, complimented by a wood burner to make it extra cozy on a chill autumn or winter night. Will book again.

Positive: The accommodation was exactly as advertised and more. It was beautiful, peaceful, cosy and the location was gorgeous. The hosts went above and beyond and were on hand for anything that we needed. The beds were so comfy and the whole place was immaculate with all modern facilities and parking on site. Sitting on the decking in a morning with a coffee watching all the different birds and listening to the water trickling was so peaceful and relaxing, a great place to chill and just let time go by. It was also a great base for Edinburgh and the local area of East Lothian 5 * for everything. My partner, myself and our son would happily buy the place if we could and live there it was that beautiful. We can't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to stay there again.
