Positive: On arrival we were met by the host who was absolutely amazing. She showed us around the Bothy and she had kindly arranged some fresh milk, eggs and a welcome pack for us which was really thoughtful and kind. She explained everything and was so welcoming. The Bothy itself was really cute and had everything we needed. The bedroom was lovely and cozy. It had black out blinds and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was lovely and the entire decor of the Bothy was really warm and cozy. The kitchen/living room was nice and spacious and had a fridge and dishwasher which was really handy. The host talked us through the welcome pack which contained lots of information about local attractions, walks, food and drink, local shops, health care if needed etc. It also detailed how to use the oven which was really handy. The location itself was perfect, surrounded by woodland and fields. On site there was a small wood (Papple Wood). Which we enjoyed walking through every day. Absolutely brilliant holiday and accommodation and host! We would definitely stay again

Negative: Our only suggestion would be the patio doors leading out to the seating area didn't have any form of curtain or blind so once it got dark we felt slightly uneasy, this was very minor though and everything else was perfect.

Positive: Beautiful countyside with hares, deer and owls. Managed areas in woodland and meadow with obsevation platforms. Very comfortable accomodation decorated and fitted out to very high standard.
